This CD is an elegantly enhanced audio version of the play, like a book on tape but much more. It is the full text performed by Heather Raffo and recorded at the Ark Sound Studios, Los Angeles. It features original music by both Iraqi and American musicians as well as special use of Sahar Taha's beautiful recording of "Che Mali Wali" from her album Baghdadiyat.
